Why should your Facebook page be any different?

I recently came across a wonderful (and free) application aptly named Contact Form which allows you to add a very simple form to your page…. in about 2 minutes!

Here’s how…

Go to apps.facebook.com/contactpage/

Fill out the form choosing which page you want the form to appear on.

Fill out your details > Add a header image if you want > add a message > Select the fields you want people to fill out

It’s as simple as that!

This is the one I created for the PhotoCreative 365 Facebook page and all I did after it was installed is drag the contact icon on the left up to where I wanted it to appear.
