There are a couple of definitions and styles of what the camera toss or throwing is. What I’m looking at is the crazy work of Mike Larson and Kevin Swan.

Mike Larson is really the ambassador of the camera toss but Kevin Swan has really taken this a step further.

In the video below Kevin describes the technique so you too can try it at home (if you’re feeling brave enough).
