While established photo sharing sites already exist, Yogile is different because it lets multiple people contribute with ease. Once you create an album, you get a customizable URL and e-mail address to share with anyone who wants to add photos, either as e-mail attachments or uploads through the site. There’s no need for these users to register, keeping the process simple and hassle-free.

How could you use Yogile in your business?

As a simple portfolio tool Yogile is pretty useful. Full resolution images are downloadable so it’s also great for easy sharing.

It would be nice to have the option to turn off this feature as you can with a Mobile Me Gallery. It would also be handy if you had the option to download a whole album rather than just individual images.

Another application where the easy uploading via email could be used is at weddings. As a wedding photographer you’re not going to be the only one with a camera on the big day so why not set up an album for your wedding clients?

You could produce a card with the website and email address on one side and your details on the other….. not a bad little marketing device eh?
