Google+1 Button WordPress Plugins

It’s been a big week for Google if you believe everything you read – Google+ About To Hit 10 Million Users [REPORT]. It seems the Buzz-lessness of Google Buzz and the email killer that got killed – Google Wave, have all been forgotten.

Will it surpass Facebook’s dominance or take a slice out of Twitter’s ever growing popularity? I’ve just started having a play around with it and it seems interesting enough, easy to use and less buggy than Wave was.

One thing that photographers have picked up on are T&C’s regarding images, Jim Goldstein and Scott Bourne (Scott’s follow up article have been sharing a few different views.

As for integrating Google+ with your website you have a couple of options. The simplest is to head over to www.google.com/webmasters/+1/button/ and copy the code.

Another is to download a WordPress plugin. There are a few about but we fully expect most multi button sharing plugin to soon update to add in the +1. The Wibiya toolbar on WordPress has already added an app which you can see in the toolbar below………while you’re there why not hit that +1 button ;)

If you’d like to create a Google+ desktop app then have a look at Mashable’s guide but if you are using a Mac then the easiest way is to use Fluid
