I had a couple of you asking what my preferred method for retouching is. Normally my answer is that I get Marcin from London Pro Retouch to do it but here’s a handy little action to help you out.

Obviously when you are retouching skin there is lots and lots to do. This action deals with softening the skin but keeps the detail and textures.

This won’t do it all for you but it sets up the basics nicely. Watch the video to show you how to use it.

This particular technique as show to me at a recent Meet Up Group – Photoshop Group – London.

The group organiser Jawad has put together some great Photoshop tutorials which you can find at Photo Tutorials Plus Hints & Tips.

Around 100 people attended the last meet up in London and it was a great mix of networking, coffee drinking, teaching and learning.
